The manual transmission version is the more spirited of the two and returns slightly lower figures of 29 mpg highway and 21 mpg city with a combined 24 mpg.
The top-end 2013 Acura TSX V-6 has a more potent 3.5L V6 VTEC engine which makes 280 hp at 6,200 revs and offers a generous torque output of 254 lb-ft at 5,000 revs with a healthy dose available lower down the rev range too. Fuel efficiency is surprising good as well with the TSX V-6 delivering up to 28 mpg on the highway and 21 mpg in the city with a combined 23 mpg.
With an 18.5 gallon fuel tank, the 2013 Acura TSX can comfortably handle the miles in the city or out on the open road.
